Prior to starting his business, Bernie Sauer worked for top builders in the area including Toll Brothers and Pulte Homes and learned his managerial experience and attention to detail which makes his company strive. BCS Builders is owned by Bernie Sauer. Sauer has been in the building industry for over 30 years. Prior to starting his business, Bernie Sauer worked for top builders in the area including Toll Brothers and Pulte Homes and learned his managerial experience and attention to detail which makes his company strive. Sauer enjoys being a local builder and resides in Newtown Borough with his wife Traci where he lived for more than 35 years. He is also the proud stepfather of Donovan, a graduate of West Chester University and Nicholas, who attends Council Rock High School. BCS Builders focuses on commercial and residential construction. Successfully constructed over hundreds of homes in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Currently constructing 169 waterfront multi-family homes in Bristol Borough. BCS is a motivated builder that is highly effective at finding the best methods possible to complete exceptional construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction principles and concepts with 20 years leading teams of general contractors and laborers on large scale residential and commercial construction.
BCS holds a high standard of quality in all aspects of construction. From the beginning stages of the construction process new homeowners can expect to be treated professionally and will have an opportunity to be a part of the home experience process.
